1. These terms
This website, rashinelight.com, is operated by Zhongshan Weida Lighting Co., Ltd., trading as RaShine Lighting, Building B, Zedong Industrial Park, No. 12 Lifeng Road, Henglan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong 528478, China ("we", "us").
By browsing this site or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Purpose of this website
This site is a product catalogue and enquiry channel for trade buyers. It is not an online shop. We do not take payment on this website, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, quantities, lead times and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by us.
Product pages, photographs and specification tables are provided for guidance. LED products are customisable, so the specification of the goods you receive is the one stated in your order confirmation, not the general description on a product page.
3. Enquiries and quotations
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or for 30 days if no period is stated.
- Quotations assume the specification, quantity and destination stated in your enquiry. Changes may change the price and lead time.
- Minimum order quantity is generally from 200 metres per item; exact MOQ is confirmed per quotation and may differ for customised products.
4. Samples
We offer a free 1 metre sample cut for trade buyers; the buyer covers the courier cost, either by paying it directly or by reimbursing us. Sample availability and dispatch time are confirmed in writing. Samples are supplied for evaluation and testing, not for resale.
5. Orders, payment and delivery
Payment terms, currency and Incoterms are stated in the proforma invoice for each order. Orders are accepted only by written confirmation from us. Lead times are estimates given in good faith: stock items are typically dispatched within 48 hours, samples within 3 to 5 working days, and customised (OEM/ODM) production typically takes 7 to 25 days, measured from receipt of your confirmation and any required deposit.
Risk and title pass as stated in the agreed Incoterms. Where the buyer arranges collection or freight, delivery times are outside our control. Any visible damage or shortage should be noted with the carrier and reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
6. Warranty
Our LED strip and neon flex products carry a standard warranty of 3 to 5 years depending on the product family; products in our waterproof range carry a 5 year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use within the published operating conditions (including correct voltage, current, driver and installation environment).
It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, over-voltage, water ingress where the stated IP rating has been exceeded or the seals have been opened, unauthorised modification, or normal lumen depreciation within the declared specification.
Warranty claims should be sent to yuna@rashinelight.com with the order reference, quantity affected and photographs or video showing the fault. We will assess the claim and, where it is accepted, repair, replace or credit the affected goods. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the law that applies to your purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, product photography, drawings and the RaShine name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing our products. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, or use our images and text in your own marketing, without our written permission.
Where we manufacture to your specification or under your brand, the intellectual property you supply remains yours, and we use it only to fulfil your order.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, submitting automated or fraudulent enquiries, scraping content at scale, or using the site in a way that interferes with other visitors.
9. Limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as available" basis. We take care to keep product information accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and typographical errors may be corrected without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on general product descriptions rather than the specification confirmed in your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Third-party links
Our pages may link to third-party sites and services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the version in force. Terms agreed in a signed quotation or contract prevail over these website terms for that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Zhongshan, Guangdong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
