Chip Sourcing & PCB Design
Vetted chip suppliers with incoming batch verification, and PCBs designed for the current load of your density and voltage - the difference between a strip that stays cool and one that drops voltage mid-reel. On 24V runs we hold full brightness out to 20m with no visible drop.
SMT Assembly
Automated placement holds spacing and polarity consistent, so a reorder matches the sample you approved - and your custom density, CCT, and CRI are locked into the bill of materials.
Waterproofing & Quality Inspection
Coating, extrusion, or tube per IP rating; every reel tested for continuity, color consistency, and power draw. Out of tolerance? It does not ship.
OEM/ODM Customization
A led strip oem odm order is where a real factory separates from a reseller. Build to your numbers: CCT 2700K-6500K, CRI to spec, 12V/24V, custom cut lengths, and private-label packaging with your branding. If a spec will not hold - a CRI the chip cannot deliver at that CCT, for example - we tell you before you pay for a sample.

Choosing the wrong strip costs more than the strip - a reinstall, a return, a lost customer. Two questions decide it: Is the light source visible? Choose dot-free COB or diffused neon flex. Does it need color change or effects? Choose RGBIC; for a consistent white, choose high-CRI COB.

How long does production take?
In-stock standard SKUs ship within 48 hours. Samples ship in 3-5 days. Custom OEM/ODM production typically ships in 7-25 days. Exact lead time is confirmed in your quote.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes - for trade buyers we send one free 1m sample cut per spec, so you can verify color, CRI, build quality and IP rating before you commit. You cover the courier; the sample itself is on us. Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes - before dispatch we film the exact reels for you: color and CRI against your approved spec, solder joints, connectors, labeling and packing. You approve the video, then we ship.
