What Is Silicone Neon Flex?
Silicone neon flex is a flexible LED strip enclosed in an extruded silicone housing. Instead of a bent glass tube filled with gas, the light comes from an LED strip inside a solid, UV-stable silicone profile - so it bends around corners, arrives in a roll instead of a crate, and does not shatter if it is dropped or hit. The diffuser spreads the light evenly, so you see one continuous line rather than individual LED dots.

Three Bend Directions - Which One Fits Your Project?
The bend direction decides what shapes the neon can follow. Choose it before you choose the size, because a side-bend profile cannot do the job of a top-bend one.
Bends horizontally, left and right in the plane of the light. Best for wall-mounted contours, lettering and signage that follows flat curves. Profiles: 0410, 0612, 1010.
Bends vertically, up and down out of the plane of the light. Best for facade outlines, columns, elevations and 3D shapes. Profiles: 0606, 1010, 1212, 1616.
A round tube that lights in all directions and bends any way. Best for channel letters, 3D signage and decorative loops. Profiles: D18, D20, D22, D25, D40.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between side bend and top bend?
Side bend profiles curve horizontally - left and right within the plane of the light - so they suit flat wall contours and curved lettering. Top bend profiles curve vertically, up and down out of that plane, so they suit facade outlines, columns and 3D shapes. Tell us the shape you need to follow and we will recommend the profile; if the shape curves in more than one direction, the 360 round profiles are the safe choice.
Can silicone neon flex replace glass neon?
For most signage and outline work, yes. Silicone neon flex gives a similar continuous glow but ships in rolls, needs no glass bending on site, runs on low voltage, and can be cut and re-sealed. It will not match the exact look of hand-bent glass in every case, so send us a photo of the reference and we will tell you honestly whether the profile can reproduce it.
Can it be cut and re-sealed on site?
Yes. Our profiles are cuttable at marked intervals (commonly 50-200mm depending on profile), and after cutting the open end must be sealed with an end cap - or we can pre-cut and pre-seal the exact lengths at the factory and fit the connectors before shipping, which is what most installers prefer.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Standard profiles are IP67, which covers outdoor facades, gardens and rain-exposed installations. For pools and permanent underwater work, order a custom IP68 version - tell us the scene and depth requirements when you request the quote.
What is the minimum order quantity, and can I get a sample?
MOQ starts from 200 meters and profiles can be mixed within one order for most stocked items. Free 1m sample cut for trade buyers - you cover the courier.
