LED Strip Light Manufacturer: 10,000㎡ Factory, 7–15 Day Lead Time
You have a container order to place and a deadline that will not move. The last led strip light manufacturer you tried shipped three weeks late, with solder joints that failed on arrival. Every week of delay is margin out of your pocket. You need a factory that builds, controls, and delivers on time — not a shop that just talks about LEDs.
RaShine Lighting is a led strip light supplier and OEM/ODM factory in China, founded in 2017. We run a 10,000㎡ facility with 60+ engineers and workers, produce 500,000 meters a month, and hold CE and RoHS certification across every product line. From chip sourcing to PCB design to SMT assembly to waterproofing and inspection, the entire process happens in our own building — no outsourced middlemen, no hidden trading-company markup. We serve wholesalers, importers, engineering contractors, and traders who need a custom led strip manufacturer they can hold accountable.
Why RaShine as Your LED Strip Manufacturer
Most of the "manufacturers" you will find online do not manufacture anything. They buy from a factory, mark it up, and hide the source. When a color shifts or a reel fails, you get forwarded emails instead of answers. Because we own the machines, the materials, and the process, we can promise specific things — capacity, lead time, certification, consistency — because we control the line that delivers them. Learn more about our factory and team.
If you are not sure how to tell a real factory from a trading company, run this quick check before you send money anywhere:
- Ask for a factory address and a video call. A real manufacturer will show you the floor. A trader will change the subject.
- Ask for the certificate on the exact SKU, not a website logo. If the paperwork does not match the product, the certification is decoration.
- Ask who controls QC. If the answer is "the factory we work with," you are two steps removed from your own quality.
- Ask for a sample in 3–5 days. A factory with an in-house line can turn one fast; a trader has to ask someone else first.
RaShine passes all four — and we would rather you test us than take our word for it.
In-House Facility, 60+ Engineers & Workers
Chip sourcing, PCB design, SMT placement, waterproofing, and QC sit under one roof. A design change or quality issue gets resolved the same day — the engineer is in the next room.
Monthly Capacity, 7–15 Day Lead Time
Samples in 3–5 days, standard production in 7–15. With headroom in the line, your quarterly reorder does not get bumped behind a bigger client.
Certified Across All Product Lines
Compliance documents attached to the products you buy — not stickers on a website. We provide certificates with the order, on the exact SKU.

Four product families cover the work most B2B buyers actually do — each manufactured in-house. Beyond the strips, we also supply 12V and 24V power supplies and solderless connectors, so you get a matched system from one supplier. Browse the full LED strip range for current specs and pricing.
COB LED Strips (160–1600 chips/m)
Our COB (Chip-On-Board) strips run from 160 to 1,600 chips per meter, producing a continuous, dot-free line of light with no visible LED spots even at close range. We control chip density, phosphor, and thermal design in-house, matching CCT from 2700K to 6500K and tuning CRI for projects where color accuracy matters. COB is the right choice for architectural cove lighting, retail shelving, and any application where the light source itself will be visible. See our COB LED strip page for density and CRI options.
SMD LED Strips (5050 RGBIC)
Our SMD 5050 strips give you addressable color in a workhorse form factor. RGBIC means each IC controls segments independently, so a single strip can run multiple colors, chase effects, and gradients at once. As an smd 5050 led strip manufacturer, we stock 5050 RGBIC in standard lengths and voltages and build to your spec. This is the line resellers and sign makers order most from an addressable led strip supplier — bright, addressable, and ready for controllers. Find the SMD 5050 RGBIC range here.
Silicone Neon Flex (Side-Bend / Top-Bend / 360°)
Our silicone neon flex replaces glass neon with a flexible, IP-rated LED alternative in three bend directions. We extrude the silicone housing in-house and cut, seal, and test each length before it ships. The 360° version emits light in every direction for channel letters and 3D signage; side-bend and top-bend profiles give clean, even lines for facades and decorative architecture. See our silicone neon flex range for bend profiles and IP options.
Waterproof LED Strips (IP20–IP68)
We produce waterproof led strip lights from IP20 (indoor, dry) to IP68 (fully submersible). Ratings come from our own process — silicone coating, extrusion, or full tube. IP65 and IP67 handle outdoor and damp locations; IP68 is built for underwater and permanent-wet applications. Tell us the environment, and we match the right sealing method rather than overselling you a number. Browse waterproof LED strip options for the full IP range.
Full In-House Manufacturing Process
Here is the part most competitors leave vague. We break our process into stages so you can see exactly where quality is controlled — and where it usually goes wrong at other factories.
Chip Sourcing & PCB Design
Quality starts before assembly. We source LED chips from stable, vetted suppliers and verify incoming batches — a cheap chip is the root cause of color shift and early failure. Our engineers then design the PCB (copper weight, trace width, pad layout) to handle the current load for the strip's density and voltage. For long runs, the PCB is the difference between a strip that stays cool and one that drops voltage visibly halfway down the reel.
SMT Assembly
Our SMT lines place chips onto the PCB at the density your spec calls for. Automated placement holds consistent spacing and polarity, so a 5-meter reel looks the same at the far end. For a led strip oem odm order, this is where your custom chip density, CCT, and CRI are locked into the bill of materials. Automation is not a marketing word here — it is the reason a reorder looks identical to the sample you approved three months earlier.
Waterproofing & Quality Inspection
After assembly, strips move to waterproofing — coating, extrusion, or tube depending on the IP rating — then to inspection. Each reel is tested for continuity, color consistency, and power draw before it is packed. If a reel draws outside tolerance, it does not ship. If a color reads off-spec under the CCT meter, it does not ship.
OEM/ODM Customization
A led strip oem odm order is where a good factory separates from a reseller. Here is what you can specify, and how the process runs from first message to delivered container.
Customize CCT, CRI, Voltage, Length & Packaging
Every order can be built to your numbers: CCT from 2700K to 6500K, CRI tuned to your spec, voltage at 12V or 24V, cut lengths to your reel or project, and packaging with your own branding. If your spec asks for something that will not hold — a CRI the chip cannot deliver at that CCT, for example — we tell you before you pay for a sample.
Private Label & Branding
We put your brand on the product, the reel, and the carton — logo, packaging design, barcodes, and any certification markings your market requires. The strip stays white-label if you want it that way, or carries your name from the factory floor.
From Sample to Mass Production — Our Process
- Spec confirmation — you send your requirements; we confirm CCT, CRI, voltage, density, IP rating, and length.
- Free sample — we produce a sample reel in 3–5 days so you can verify color and build quality before committing.
- Quote & MOQ — we confirm price and minimum order quantity against your spec.
- Mass production — your order runs on the line, typically shipping in 7–15 days.
- QC & delivery — each reel is tested, packed to your branding, and shipped with compliance documents.
LED Strip Selection Guide
Choosing the wrong strip costs more than the strip itself — it costs a reinstall, a return, and a customer who does not come back. Start with two questions: is the light source visible? If yes, you want the dot-free line of COB or the diffused glow of neon flex. Does the project need color change? If it needs addressable effects, you want RGBIC; if it needs a single, consistent white, you want high-CRI COB. Answer those two, and the choice is mostly made for you.
COB vs SMD vs Neon Flex — Which Do You Need?
| Factor | COB LED Strip | SMD 5050 RGBIC | Silicone Neon Flex |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light appearance | Continuous, dot-free line | Visible individual chips (addressable) | Even, diffused neon-like line |
| Chip density | 160–1,600 chips/m | Standard 5050 pitch | Linear COB inside silicone |
| Color capability | Single CCT, high CRI | RGBIC — multi-color, addressable | Single CCT or RGB, even glow |
| Best for | Cove lighting, retail, architecture | Signage, effects, RGB applications | Channel letters, facades, decorative lines |
| Bend direction | Standard | Standard | Side-bend / top-bend / 360° |
| Typical IP range | IP20–IP65 | IP20–IP67 | IP65–IP68 |
| Typical buyer | Architects, shopfitters, premium retail | Sign makers, event lighting, resellers | Signage shops, facade contractors |
If you need a clean, spotless white line, choose COB. If you need addressable color and effects, choose SMD 5050 RGBIC. If you need a neon look that bends in a specific direction and survives outdoors, choose silicone neon flex. Still unsure? Send us your application and we will recommend the right strip for the job.
Once you have picked a family, confirm the electrical side. 12V suits short runs and DIY installs; 24V carries longer runs with less voltage drop. We size the power supply and connectors to match, so the strip, driver, and wiring arrive as one tested system.
